Who can participate in your programs?

Yes. All participants are expected to follow house guidelines and program expectations designed to promote safety, respect, and accountability within the living environment.
How long can participants stay?
Length of participation varies by program and individual circumstances. Continued participation is based on adherence to program guidelines and progress toward stability.
Is case management provided?
Prospering Homes Foundation may collaborate with external partners such as social workers, shelters, or community organizations. Participants may continue working with their existing support systems while enrolled in the program.

Is there a cost to participate?
Yes. Participants contribute a monthly program fee that helps support housing operations, utilities, and program-related costs.
Is the program fee considered rent?
No. Program fees are not rent. They are contributions associated with participation in a structured housing program.
Are utilities included?
Yes. All Utilities are included. Including Wifi.
Are personal items allowed?
Case by Case situations, but typically no extra items unless in a private room. This is due to the amount of space allotted to each participant.

Do you accept referrals from social workers or organizations?
Yes. We welcome referrals from social workers, shelters, re-entry programs, veteran organizations, and community partners.
Who is the Veterans Housing Program designed for?
The Veterans Housing Program serves veterans who are able to live independently and are seeking a structured, supportive living environment as they work toward long-term housing stability.
Can individuals apply directly?
Individuals may inquire directly or be referred by a partner organization. Program fit and availability are reviewed prior to placement.
Is this a VA-funded housing program?
No. Prospering Homes Foundation is not a VA housing program. We operate independently and may collaborate with veteran service organizations when appropriate.

Who is eligible for the Re-Entry Housing Program?

Is this considered parole or probation housing?
No. Prospering Homes Foundation does not provide parole, probation, or court-mandated housing. Participation is voluntary and governed by a program agreement.
Can participants be actively involved with parole or probation?
Yes. Participants may be under parole or probation supervision while enrolled, provided they are compliant with their legal requirements and program guidelines.
Do you accept referrals prior to release?
Yes. We may accept referrals prior to release, subject to availability and program fit. Final placement decisions are made closer to the release date.
Are there restrictions related to criminal history?
